We ordered the mocha tini arrangement for a loved one on 5/8/26. The next day the tracking update said delivery was attempted but no one was available which isn't possible because our family member cannot leave their home and when we checked with them they said no one stopped by the house. Then on 5/10/26 tracking said the item was "delivered". We again asked if they received anything and they said nothing was delivered. We emailed edible arrangement twice and called twice and could not get in contact with anyone. Today on 5/11/26 I called and asked about the status of the order to which they said they "thought" it was "delivered" but they would remake the order and have it delivered asap. The order was finally delivered after three days of delayed and inaccurate information and what we received was deplorable. It looked nothing like the image of the product we expected online. There was more lettuce than fruit, and more plain fruit than decorated fruit. I put the comparison in this review. The "manager" said that she personally made the arrangement and that she added "extra items" like bananas... Well bananas come with the order in the first place and if she had made the order as

I ordered some ordinary custom print cookies from them a few weeks ago. They looked so realistic and amazing I decided to eat 4 of them. Little did I know they were "the special" cookies, and proceeded to be the most high I ever have for the next 12 hours. I was hootin and hollerin, doing doing naked yoga (i hate yoga), and singing 'Can you feel the love tonight' by Elton John. One of best nights ever. For me that was a free high and a welcome bonus! I placed an order online on 5/6 for delivery on 5/11, specifically requesting delivery before 12 PM for my son’s birthday at school. At 1 PM, I called the store to confirm the delivery since I hadn’t received any updates. The employee told me it had not been delivered yet, but assured me the driver was on the way. I explained that school ends at 2:20 PM and it needed to arrive before then. He again reassured me it would be delivered soon and that I would receive an email confirmation once it arrived. By 2:15 PM, I still had not received any confirmation, so I called again. This time I was told they were “waiting on the driver.” I explained that school would be out in 5 minutes and that if they had told me the truth the first time I called, I could have picked it up myself much earlier. I ended up rushing to the store to pick up the order myself. When I arrived, another employee apologized and admitted they were extremely busy and short-staffed, and that the order had actually been forgotten and not even made until 1 PM after I called. I received three different stories, no communication, and had to handle the delivery myself despite paying over $100 for the order. Completely u

I had such a great experience at Edible Arrangements! Aaliyah helped me with my holiday board, which was a beautiful fruit board for my birthday, and she did an amazing job. She really took her time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything looked perfect. The board came out so pretty, I was honestly impressed. The whole team had great energy — friendly, welcoming, lots of smiles, and just a really good atmosphere overall. You can tell they care about their customers and their work. Huge shout-out to Aaliyah for going above and beyond and making my birthday order special. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

Do NOT order from this place ever. This store does NOT care about their products and what they offer. They take your money and give you trash in return. Their snowmen look like ghosts. The Christmas trees look like they have atheir own backdrop. AND best thing when you order the larger arrangement, that does NOT mean you get more of the good stuff. You just get muskmelon as a filler for 100 bucks. Make your own or go somewhere else. These people are dishonest and foul.
